By registering as a delegate, Visitor, exhibiter, speaker, staff or other for the CATALOGUE ETAIL CATALOGUE CLUB, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions in full.

If online payment is not made at the time of online registration or by phone, fax, email or other, then an invoice will be issued, full payment is required within 10 days from date of invoice or before 21st March 2009, whichever date occurs first. Other than by agreed written agreement.

Delegates / exhibiters will be refused admission if their payment has not been received prior to the 21st March 2009.

A receipt will be issued upon payment and all payments must be made in pounds sterling.

If, for any reason, the event is cancelled or postponed, CATALOGUE ETAIL CATALOGUE CLUB is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by delegates / Visitors / exhibiters / speakers and staff.

In the event of cancellation, the delegate conference fee shall be refunded. In the event of postponement, the delegates / exhibiters shall have the option of a full refund or transferring their attendance to the rescheduled event.

Catalogue Etail Catalogue Club (Catalogue Etail Ltd) is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, cancellation, or postponement of this event Catalogue Etail Catalogue Club shall assume no liability whatsoever if this event is altered, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled due to a fortuitous event, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference inadvisable, illegal, clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation facilities/means of transportation; or any other emergency.

CATALOGUE ETAIL CATALOGUE CLUB reserves the right to cancel the registration/attendance of any individual delegate / visitor/ exhibiter / Speaker.

CATALOGUE ETAIL CATALOGUE CLUB reserves the right to refuse entry to the event to any individual delegate / visitor/ exhibiter / Speaker.

CATALOGUE ETAIL CATALOGUE CLUB shall not be liable for covering airfare, hotel, or other travel costs incurred by individual delegate / visitor/ exhibiter / Speaker under any circumstances.

After registration, the full conference fee or exhibiter fee is non-refundable.

Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation by the delegate or exhibiter and any invoice shall remain payable in both cases.

Substitutions are allowed at no extra charge up to 7 days before the event. After that point, no substitutions shall be allowed.

All intellectual property rights in all materials produced or distributed by CATALOGUE ETAIL CATALOGUE CLUB in connection with this event are expressly reserved and any unauthorized duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.

5.1 Delegate information is kept on catalogue etail ltd databases (as defined below) and used by CATALOGUE ETAIL CATALOGUE CLUB & MultiChannel Marketing companies to assist in providing selected products and services which maybe of interest to the delegate and which will be communicated by letter, phone, fax, email or other electronic means.

6.1 While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised package, CATALOGUE ETAIL CATALOGUE CLUB reserves the right to change the event programmed / content without notice and in such situations no refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made.

6.2 This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the England

6.4 CATALOGUE ETAIL CATALOGUE CLUB is organised and delivered in association with Catalogue Etail Ltd.
